Stafford Web Designs realise that finances can be tough at the moment, and to this we are sympathetic.
Some time ago, we got together to decide on a strategy that would help individuals and small companies to be able to afford a website without a massive initial outlay.

So, here it is.
Stafford Web Designs can provide all of the services we offer, but on a monthly basis.
Basically, you would commit to a minimum period of usage at a monthly fee and we will provide the same service as if you were paying outright for the service.

The minimum term of contract (to be completed prior to work being undertaken) would be for a period of 6 months.
The first 6 months would be payable from day one with nothing more to pay until the start of the seventh (7th) month of the contract.

Once a 12 month contracted period has been satisfied, you only need to pay the renewal costs for the domain name and hosting each year. The website will stay in place for you to continue using Stafford Web Designs.

To rent this service, there would be a charge. However, this charge is built in to the process. The charge would be 20% of the total amount.

For example, let's say you had decided to have the Basic website package at £199 with the information/data uploaded by Stafford Web Designs at £200.
The total amount to pay out would be £399.
To make the payments easier, we would add 20% to the total amount and then divide that amount by 12 months and charge the monthly cost six times.  The amount you would need to spend initially would then be approximately £239.40 (399 + 20%=478.80) / 12 months= £39.90 x 6 months=£239.40.
After a 12 month period, you will have paid £478.80
